Let’s build a real playground-castle and donate it to a school, a child-hospital, or some other youth organization!
It is not a piece of cake to assemble a wooden castle if you don’t know where the parts are.
To find them, the team has to turn itself into effectively-working subgroups, like headquarters, with an overview of the whole task, and a talent to solve mysteries, and decode messages. Scouts, who are to gain information from the near settlements, moving fast and building good relation with some local citizens; logistics, to find and “bribe” the lorry-driver, and get him to carry the parts and tools to the building place. Builders, to fit the parts together, and -very important- masters of ceremony to come up with a program by the time the castle is ready.
After the program the castle is disassembled, carried to its chosen final location, and built up again by the manufacturer to entertain children for a long time and proclaim the generous donation of the team.
