Persistent stress is a public disease of the age. How can we reduce or maybe terminate it? This is the central theme of our training.

- Identifying, categorizing stressors – positive, negative stress
- Realizing individual stress reactions
- Obtaining and employing successful stress management strategies, tactics
- Resolving workplace stress situations
- Downsize harmful stress management
- Preventing distress situations
Applied methods:
Trainer’s input: short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.
Processing real stressing situations: analysing, interpreting living stress situations, solving them in roleplays.
Stress relief exercises: get to know stress relief exercises, learning and practicing the individually fitting ones.
Role plays: playing and analysing examples from participants’ everyday practice.
films, recordings: Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or inducing debate on some topics, and relaxing recordings are parts of stress relief methods.
Small group work: processing some topics we work in more involving small groups. Giving everybody opportunity to contribute in learning.
Plenary discussions: with the participation of the whole group it is a good forum for processing some topic or phenomenon such as closing the day, evaluating sales performance.
