How can we reduce or maybe terminate it? This is the central theme of our training.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planned training duration: 2 days&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Method of education: Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximal size of groups: 12 persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies to obtain:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stress management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goals of training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifying, categorizing stressors \u2013 positive, negative stress&nbsp;<\/li><li>Realizing individual stress reactions<\/li><li>Obtaining and employing successful stress management strategies, tactics<\/li><li>Resolving workplace stress situations&nbsp;<\/li><li>Downsize harmful stress management<\/li><li>Preventing distress situations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applied methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainer\u2019s input:<\/strong> short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processing real stressing situations:<\/strong> analysing, interpreting living stress situations, solving them in roleplays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stress relief exercises:<\/strong> get to know stress relief exercises, learning and practicing the individually fitting ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role plays: <\/strong>playing and analysing examples from participants\u2019 everyday practice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>films, recordings:<\/strong> Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or inducing debate on some topics, and relaxing recordings are parts of stress relief methods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> processing some topics we work in more involving small groups. Giving everybody opportunity to contribute in learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plenary discussions:<\/strong> with the participation of the whole group it is a good forum for processing some topic or phenomenon such as closing the day, evaluating sales performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Persistent stress is a public disease of the age.
