The consequence is not only catastrophe in operation, but fast deteriorating relationships as well. This role optimization \u2013 expectation clarification is especially important at any change in team\/organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planned training duration: 1-2 days&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Method of education: Training &#8211; workshop<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximal size of groups: 12 persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies to obtain:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conflict management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goals of training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifying\/setting responsibilities, authority, handover points<\/li><li>Working out emergency operation<\/li><li>Clarifying expectations among persons\/departments&nbsp;<\/li><li>Forging a TEAM from a bunch of people<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applied methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainer\u2019s input:<\/strong> short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training exercises, situation practices:<\/strong> exercises with relevance to the topic simulating difficult cooperation situations. Participants always receive feedback from pears and trainer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Models:<\/strong> we apply team structure theories, models to draw clear guideline to topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018From the captain\u2019s bridge\u2019:<\/strong> the leader\/s draws a picture on new challenges, expectations, and requirements to the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forum: <\/strong>Participants ask the leader\/s questions to gain a clear picture and common understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workshop:<\/strong> the core of the program. Participants\/departments formulate their expectations to the others and what they offer for effective operation in return.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Videos, educational films:<\/strong> Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or inducing debate on some topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> processing some topics we work in more involving small groups.
