An organization survives only by continuous renewal. Conventional solutions are most of the time insufficient. The \u2018egg of Columbus\u2019 is often needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can we develop creativity? I think it is similar to intelligence. However the extent we can exploit our creative potential can be raised. Creative techniques help in this and it is fortunate &#8211; not a boring way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planned training duration: 2 days&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Method of education: Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximal size of groups: 12 persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies to obtain:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual and group Creative problem solving&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goals of training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to boost creative energy&nbsp;<\/li><li>to identify innovative potential in team<\/li><li>to raise to skill level creative thinking cycle<\/li><li>to put nonconventional ideas into reality in organization&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applied methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainer\u2019s input:<\/strong> short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Situational exercises:<\/strong> situations in organisational context simulating real problems. Participants can analyse inhibiting and promoting behaviours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creative games:<\/strong> practicing various creative techniques in a playful form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Videos, educational films:<\/strong> Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or inducing debate on some topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> processing some topics we work in more involving small groups.
