Accordingly, all have substantial knowledge on a broad range of soft skill matters. Unfortunately it is not a guaranty to applying them in real situations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirror training provides a superb frame to internalize and apply lexical knowledge; primarily leadership competences. According to the basic concept in the course of many mainly outdoor exercises, games every participants several times takes leader\u2019s role, copes with \u2018real life\u2019 leader\u2019s challenges, and receives feedback from colleagues and trainer, using effective feedback models.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training is super \u2013 intense, incorporating even night exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercises always have a stake, &#8211; e.g. they have to find the ingredients and equipment of dinner (dinner itself is a \u2018project\u2019 with leader).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complexity is increasing during the training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planned training duration: 2-3 days&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Method of education: Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximal size of groups: 12 persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies to obtain:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership competencies in practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating and maintaining feedback culture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goals of training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Transforming leadership knowledge into skill and practice&nbsp;<\/li><li>Deepening self-awareness<\/li><li>Understanding Company\u2019s leadership model and progress in applying it<\/li><li>Creating and practicing feedback culture&nbsp;<\/li><li>Broadening leader\u2019s awareness<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applied methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainer\u2019s input:<\/strong> short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership exercises, situation practices:<\/strong> exercises with relevance to the topic simulating difficult leadership situations. Participants always receive feedback from pears and trainer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Models:<\/strong> we apply Company\u2019s leadership model, or other clear applicable ones, and practical feedback models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recording exercises:<\/strong> having a retrospect on what we did is always educational. That\u2019s why we use cameras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> processing some topics we work in more involving small groups.
