This is what our training tries to bring you closer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planned training duration: 2-3 days&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Method of education: Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximal size of groups: 12 persons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies to obtain:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizing and classifying conflicts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conflict management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goals of training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>realizing conflict situations&nbsp;<\/li><li>Identifying conflict types<\/li><li>Mastering conflict management strategies and apply them<\/li><li>Overcoming workplace conflicts&nbsp;<\/li><li>Eliminating unproductive conflict<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applied methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainer\u2019s input:<\/strong> short theoretical introduction to topics and to closing blocks to boost experience collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processing real conflicts:<\/strong> conflict management with mostly workplace situations. Participants always receive feedback from pears and colleagues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Models:<\/strong> we apply conflict management theories, models to draw clear guideline to topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Videos, educational films:<\/strong> Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or inducing debate on some topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> processing some topics we work in more involving small groups. Giving everybody opportunity to contribute in learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plenary discussions:<\/strong> with the participation of the whole group it is a good forum for processing some topic or phenomenon such as closing the day, evaluating sales performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mismanaged conflict is war.
