She\/he definitely can\u2019t be sleepy. However, if she\/he knows<br>and accepts achievable goals and to achieve them has a hard-hitting, loyal, stabile team which is<br>able to cope with the ever occurring changes \u2013 the leader most probably doesn\u2019t have to die of<br>stress diseases. Leaders always receive feedback from pears and colleagues.<br>MODELS: we apply leadership theories, models to draw clear guideline to leadership<br>VIDEOS, EDUCATIONAL FILMS: Relevant films are excellent means of deepening knowledge or<br>inducing debate on some topics.<br>SMALL GROUP WORK: processing some topics we work in more involving small groups.
